Resistance Vows Fierce Response
After the Israeli military apaches fired, on Tuesday afternoon, at least one missile at a Palestinian vehicle in Jabalia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, killing two fighters and injuring ten residents, Al Aqsa brigades, the military wing of Fateh, and Al Qassam brigades, the military wing of Hamas vowed “fierce retaliation”.
A Palestinian medical source in Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern part of the Gaza strip, reported that the bodies of Hasan Al Madhoun and Fawzi Al Qudra were severely mutilated as a result of the blast; ten bystanders were injured.
The two brigades said that they will strike back in retaliation to the assassination of the two fighters, “Our retaliation will be faster than they [Israel] expect”, a joint statement reads.
Earlier on Tuesday, Israeli soldiers arrested eighteen Palestinians in the northern West Bank city of Jenin; army claims that they are members of the Islamic Jihad and that planned a suicide bombing in Israel.
Eleven other residents were arrested overnight on Jenin and Qabatia, north of the West Bank.
Also, soldiers arrested eight residents in Surif town, near Hebron. The eight residents are said to be members of Hamas.
Three other residents were arrested in Ramallah and Nablus.
