Israel's Soldiers Hurl Tear Gas Cannisters Directly At Non-Violent Protestors
Laila El-Haddad writes today in Al-Jazeera that a non-violent protest in Salfit was met by Israeli soldiers throwing tear gas cannisters directly at the protestors. If this information appeared in The New York Times or Washington Post, US taxpayers might give their local congressman a call questioning why we fund these atrocities to the tune of three billion annually.
