This picture accompanied an announcement regarding a celebration in Munich tonight at 6:00 P.M. to commemorate Israel's fifty-seventh birthday. Israel was created on the ruins of Palestine. When my aunt picked me up in Lod years ago, on the way home to Ramallah, she pointed out to me the "trees" (no doubt financed by dimes provided by little American Zionists) that were planted where once there were villages.
