Israeli troops killed three Palestinian teenagers in Rafah. They were running after a soccer ball, and the picture above along with two other pictures of Palestinians with guns is what accompanied the story. Why? To show that killing kids playing soccer in their own neighborhood is pre-emptive warfare? I know it's all the fashion. Even Al-Jazeera runs a picture of Hamas members vowing revenge. If an American kid playing soccer was killed by an occupying army, would we run pictures of ROTC cadets shooting their rifles? Al-Jazeera reports that the kids were fourteen and fifteen.
