Israeli Troops Kill 2 Palestinian Youths

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - Israeli troops shot three Palestinian youths in a southern Gaza Strip refugee camp Saturday, killing two and critically wounding the third in violence that ended weeks of calm.
The incident occurred in the Rafah refugee camp, located along the border with Egypt. The camp has been a frequent flashpoint of fighting, but violence has dramatically dropped since Palestinian militants declared a cease-fire early last month.
Before Saturday, only one Palestinian had been killed in fighting with Israel since the March 17 cease-fire declaration.
Palestinian hospital officials said the two dead youths were 15 and 14 years old.
The Israeli army said it was investigating the report.
