Palestinians on Donkeys Make Pilgrimage to Jerusalem
Palm Sunday, March 20, Palestinians from Bethelehem and internationals on donkeys and carrying palms will attempt to cross a military checkpoint between Bethlehem and Jerusalem. Palestinians have been denied access to Jerusalem for fifteen years. They will carry signs calling for freedom of worship, for access to Jerusalem, and for a halt to wall construction and to land confiscation.
